My friends who knows that I have severe gout know that for the last 10 years I cannot eat a lot of food especially shellfish such as crabs, prawns, lobsters, including beef, pork, nuts, and various types of veggies. In short the last 10 years of my life I have been eating worst than a monk. A monk can at least eat tofu and mushrooms. I cannot even eat mushrooms or tofu.
A fateful call by Catherine Chew in November 2019 literally changed my life. First it started with her introducing the Aulora Pants with Kodenshi to me. That in itself already helped me manage my severe gout pains and in 3 weeks I did away with my daily dosage of painkillers. I have been painkiller free since Feb 2020 until now.
Then when BE, launch their new product called Zencoso in May 2020, I tot why not give it a try. After 5 months of taking Zencoso, by an intentional accident, I ate wagyu beef. To my surprise I didn’t have any attack. Slowly and little by little I experimented on the food that a gout sufferer like myself is NOT suppose to eat.
In conclusion, I am able to eat any type of shellfish now. Though in moderation, but I can at long last feels what it tastes like. I literally forgotten how it taste like.
