It sounds simple but it took me a long time to change but I am truly grateful for the wonderful products that I have taken which helped with my stomach problems and weight loss, if not, I am sure that I will be in the hospital for all the wrong reasons as there were symptons of it about 2 years ago but not anymore. ??
